For contact with client of Tłumaczenia24.pl® responsible is chosen consultant, whose task consist in getting familiar with the specification of client company and industry, to stay with him in a regular contact in order to get current information on his expectations, coordination of orders of the particular client as well as mediation between client and other members of team Tłumaczenia24.pl®.

We always document performance of a translation project and after its preparation we evaluate it. In case of the translations for a particular client, the consultant coordinates the actions of the whole team including translator, reviser and eventually language consultant- specialist who perfectly knows language, which is translated. Each translation is checked in order to preserve terminological and stylistic cohesion.

We are also conscious that information contained in translated texts should not fall into the wrong hands. Client, who gives us materials for translation, can be sure that we will protect their confidentially. On request we sign with client non-disclosure agreement.

Our company has contractual liability insurance. Each year we increase its value, so our clients can be sure that services provided by our company are safe.
